Installation:
All Waste Maids require an under-the-sink power socket to power the unit. The S-599 and S-699 models need a fuse spur wall above the worktop. However, the S-799AS, S-899AS, S-999AS, and S-1099AS models come with a built-in countertop air switch, eliminating the need for a wall switch.
For batch feed models like the 1785BF and 1985BF, the sink stopper starts and stops the unit. Push the stopper in to activate, and pull it out to stop. No air switch or wall switch is needed for these models.
